Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, buying, supplier management, or international trade.
- Fluent, confident written and spoken English.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (comparison models, lookups, pivot tables).
- Confident, well-judged use of AI tools for research and analysis.
- Strong project management capability to run multiple workstreams to deadline.
- High attention to detail regarding specifications, documentation, and compliance paperwork.
- Persistence and comfort with constructive commercial tension.
- Self-starter capable of working remotely with limited supervision.
- Appetite to grow into broader commercial and category responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of suppliers, maintaining momentum and building working relationships.
- Build and manage RFQ packages and analyze quotations on a like-for-like basis including unit cost, MOQ, and total landed cost.
- Run NPD projects from brief to production, managing critical paths, timelines, and sample coordination.
- Collect and maintain supplier compliance documentation, including test certificates, audits, and registration paperwork.
- Produce recurring reporting on RFQ pipelines, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers through market research and trade directories.
