Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years supporting a sales team or B2B sales experience.
- Strong preference for experience in MCA/short-term lending, payment processing, or financial services.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and phone skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with contract/partnership negotiations is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily sales and partner support for ISO Partner Manager teams including contract management, bank verification, and document review.
- Update and maintain partner records and contact information in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure partner experience and compliance.
- Communicate deal progress to partners via phone, email, and messaging.
- Assist with ISO onboarding tasks, vetting potential partners, and managing recertification processes.
- Respond to partner inquiries regarding balances, funding, and modifications.
