Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience as a Product Owner in an Agile software development environment.
- Demonstrable understanding of Agile product management principles with Scrum.
- Working knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira & Confluence) or similar tools.
- CSPO certification or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Working knowledge of APIs.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Figma for product artifact creation.
- Business or technical degree.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate requirements and business value in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Document requirements in Product Requirements Documents and Statements of Work.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for Sprint Planning.
- Accept user stories based on established acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
- Lead Program Increment (PI) planning activities.
- Represent the voice of the customer within the cross-functional product team.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters to maximize product value through Agile practices.
