- Hands-on clinical practice experience in family medicine or internal medicine.
- Demonstrated experience using EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in learning new healthcare technologies and platforms.
- Reliable high-speed internet (min 25 Mbps) and a dedicated home office environment.
- Ability to work during the 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Pacific Time window.
- Requirement to provide NBI or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
- Comfortable using noise-canceling headsets and maintaining video presence during meetings.
- Strong commitment to professional and courteous patient interaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical and administrative tasks within Ultralight EMR, ensuring completion within 24 hours.
- Execute prescription refill and prior authorization workflows.
- Coordinate with pharmacies and maintain medication-related updates.
- Serve as the primary voice of the practice, handling patient calls, scheduling, and email inquiries professionally.
- Triage and manage the practice's support email inbox.
- Assist with social media posting and health-related research as needed.
