- Profound knowledge of causal inference, deep learning, and Bayesian analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience setting up data science infrastructure.
- Commitment to data governance, security protocols, and ethical research frameworks.
- Proven experience mentoring junior team members.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Identify patients who require urgent care through risk stratification.
- Employ causal analysis to assess the impact of our platform on healthcare delivery.
- Conduct health economics research to pinpoint inefficiencies within our extensive network of primary care providers.
- Develop financial models to evaluate the economic performance of primary care providers in various value-based care (VBC) settings.
- Create analytical pipelines and reports to support evidence-based decision-making by business stakeholders.
- Lead quantitative research initiatives and provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clinicians to integrate data science solutions.
