Requirements
- Experience as a Marketing Manager or full-stack marketer in e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools (e.g., vibe coding, workflow automations).
- Deep understanding of digital and performance marketing.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, human-centered copy.
- Proficiency in CRO and website optimization.
- Experience managing projects and organizing work independently.
- Proven history working with designers and developers.
- Ability to work remotely and manage own time.
- Demonstrated focus on customer research and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, heatmaps, ad managers, and analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and run marketing strategies that support business goals.
- Manage marketing projects from idea to launch and improvement.
- Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Review design work and guide the creation of ad creatives.
- Perform QA on landing pages including UX and functionality checks.
- Execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate cross-functionally between marketing, design, and development teams.
- Analyze customer research, feedback, and data to identify growth opportunities.
- Integrate AI tools (GPT, generators, automation) into workflows to increase efficiency.
