Requirements

Experience as a Marketing Manager or full-stack marketer within the e-commerce industry.
Proven experience building with AI tools (e.g., GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms).
Deep understanding of digital and performance marketing principles.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and human content.
Hands-on knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and website optimization techniques.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving design and development teams.
Ability to analyze marketing data to inform strategic decision-making.
Excellent organizational skills and experience managing remote workflows.
Customer-centric mindset with experience in research and feedback analysis.

Responsibilities

Build and run marketing strategies that support business goals.
Manage marketing projects from idea through launch and improvement.
Write persuasive, human-centered copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels.
Guide design work and ad creatives to ensure brand alignment and conversion.
Perform QA on landing pages and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with developers to implement website updates and functionality improvements.
Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Integrate AI tools into workflows to increase efficiency and experimentation.
