Requirements
- 3–5+ years of dedicated, hands-on NetSuite administration and functional configuration experience.
- Deep proficiency across NetSuite core financial modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, multi-subsidiary, and intercompany.
- Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle NetSuite implementation.
- Strong baseline knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and financial statement mapping.
- Proven track record of working with third-party implementation partners during ERP transitions.
- Practical experience managing NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, OMS, and billing platforms.
- Experience building UAT test scripts.
- Preference for candidates in PA, NY, or the broader Tri-State / Northeast region.
Responsibilities
- Partner with external implementation team to manage data migration and platform transition from legacy systems.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), walkthrough validations, and technical readiness for go-live.
- Collaborate on enterprise system integrations connecting NetSuite with Salesforce, OMS, and digital media platforms.
- Design, configure, and deploy native and customized NetSuite solutions including custom workflows, approval routing, and financial reporting.
- Manage day-to-day platform maintenance, data integrity, user support, and post-go-live optimizations.
- Partner with internal financial stakeholders to evaluate processes and ensure builds comply with US GAAP and internal control standards.
