Requirements
- Proven track record of building complex systems from scratch.
- Strong technical background with ability to explain complex architectural decisions.
- High agency and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools daily.
- Proficiency in Node and TypeScript, or the ability to pick up new languages quickly.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
- Understanding of operating within a fast-paced, Series A startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own a core product domain, making long-term architectural decisions.
- Build production-grade agentic systems and automated workflows in a regulated environment.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations such as Epic and prior authorization pipelines.
- Design and implement AI-driven features including RAG, function calling, and LLM-assisted QA.
- Drive delivery across workstreams, managing cross-team dependencies and product milestones.
- Write hands-on production code and provide high-quality PRs for team mentorship.
