Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.
- Proven track record running technical qualification and proof-of-concept processes in a sales cycle.
- Experience designing or operating distributed systems, search infrastructure, or data pipelines at production scale.
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, LLMs, embedding models, and agentic frameworks.
- Ability to communicate technical indexing trade-offs to engineers and infrastructure ROI to CIOs.
- Working knowledge of a structured sales qualification framework like MEDDICC/MEDDPICC.
- Experience with vector search, approximate nearest neighbor algorithms, or semantic retrieval systems is a plus.
- Background with systems languages such as Rust or C++ is a plus.
- Familiarity with deployment patterns including Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, on-prem, and air-gapped environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy in enterprise deals from first call to production deployment.
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify, architect, and close deals for the APAC client base.
- Act as a Technical Account Manager for a portfolio of enterprise customers, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Design vector search architectures for high-scale, multi-tenant, and low-latency workloads.
- Build production-ready proof-of-concept systems.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on AI infrastructure decisions, including cloud, on-prem, and air-gapped deployments.
- Contribute to the field engineering knowledge base through reference architectures and technical guides.
