Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Intacct as an implementation consultant, analyst, or administrator.
- Deep functional knowledge of core financial and accounting processes, specifically Accounts Payable (AP) and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role such as consulting, professional services, or solution engineering within a SaaS environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
- Experience implementing AP automation or FinTech solutions.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP), flat files, and middleware.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Basic understanding of data formats like JSON or XML.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with clients to map existing AP processes and requirements within Intacct.
- Design and present tailored integration solutions and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including project planning, status monitoring, and risk mitigation.
- Configure AP automation software and integration endpoints to meet client business specifications.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Intacct data mapping, API capabilities, and system testing.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to client administrators and end-users.
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback for future roadmap development and best practices.
