- Familiarity with Healthcare.gov, HealthSherpa, FFM, or similar enrollment platforms
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Interest in expanding into Medicare sales
- Motivated to build a long-term book of business
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and virtual consultations with clients
- Help Medicare-eligible consumers compare coverage options
- Assist clients with enrollment decisions
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Continue serving clients as they transition from Marketplace coverage
- Generate referrals through existing relationships and networks
- Use CRM and enrollment tools to manage client activity
