Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or supply chain analytics delivery.
- Experience owning statements of work end-to-end.
- Hands-on technical skills in configuring, modeling, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of supply chain analytics use cases like optimization, prediction, and simulation.
- Proven experience leading global project teams and enterprise-scale programs.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts.
- Track record of running UAT and change management.
- Strong attention to detail and structured program management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs.
- Establish and manage engagement governance, including steering committees and program cadences.
- Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Define engagement success metrics and ensure value realization against business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures leveraging Lyric’s platform.
- Lead modeling, data integration, and configuration efforts across functional and technical teams.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and time zones, including offshore partners.
- Scope services engagements, translating ambiguous asks into bounded statements of work.
- Drive change management and customer enablement activities to ensure solution adoption.
- Surface insights and feedback to inform product roadmap and delivery best practices.
