Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, executive programs, or hospitality.
- Experience managing complex, detail-intensive projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Capable of operating independently and making sound decisions in ambiguous circumstances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities, including developing workback plans and monitoring progress.
- Operational and analytical mindset with experience using data to drive improvements.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve marketing or operational workflows.
- Experience supporting executive engagement programs, C-suite events, or premium customer hospitality is ideal.
- Experience in B2B technology or fintech environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management platforms such as Salesforce, Splash, Cvent, or Asana.
- Experience developing scalable processes, playbooks, or account-based marketing strategies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the operational planning and execution of a portfolio of executive engagement and hospitality programs across the Americas.
- Build and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, workback schedules, attendee management processes, and event briefs.
- Partner with experiential leadership and stakeholders to translate program objectives into execution plans.
- Collaborate with Sales and account teams to identify, prioritize, and engage senior executives within targeted accounts.
- Develop and manage seller enablement resources, including invitations, templates, and follow-up guidance.
- Coordinate the complete attendee journey from invitation strategy through post-event follow-up.
- Own event marketing materials and workflows, including email journeys and registration landing pages.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to execute campaigns and measure program performance.
- Coordinate internal teams, agencies, and venues to ensure reliable event delivery.
- Develop repeatable playbooks and templates to continuously improve execution.
