Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues and interpret industrial instruments in ambiguous environments.
- Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for innovation, process optimization, and automation.
- Efficiency in operations with strong attention to record-keeping and data integrity.
- Ability to collaborate asynchronously and adapt to new systems.
- Proven capability to work autonomously within a fast-paced international team.
- Demonstrated automation and AI fluency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide trusted guidance to clients on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
- Lead and facilitate client consultations, workforce reduction meetings, and administrative hearings.
- Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations, managing multiple stakeholders with competing interests.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, payroll, and government bodies, to ensure compliance.
- Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documents while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, identifying key facts and applicable local regulations.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for offboarding and first-level employee relations matters.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and product development opportunities.
