Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
- Strong background in providing HR advice on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Advanced written and spoken proficiency in English.
- Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in an international, fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously and adapt to new systems.
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide expert guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes ensuring legal compliance.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings regarding workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
- Draft and administer termination documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients on progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development within the HR lifecycle.
- Mentor and provide expertise to more junior team members on complex employee relations cases.
