Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary terminations with sensitivity and compliance.
- Knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues and interpret industrial instruments or employment laws.
- Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and optimizing workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and AI fluency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
- Provide expert guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes ensuring legal compliance.
- Independently lead client and employee meetings including workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and negotiations.
- Influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to ensure accurate and compliant offboarding.
- Provide first-level Employee Relations support by conducting preliminary assessments of workplace concerns.
- Identify, advocate for, and implement process improvements, automation, and product development within the Lifecycle function.
