Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Strong background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary terminations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR advice and guidance on employment laws across various jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues, interpret industrial instruments, and translate research into actionable resources.
- Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and optimizing workflows.
- Strong record-keeping and data integrity skills.
- Proficiency in collaborating asynchronously and adapting to new technology systems.
- Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
- Lead and facilitate workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and negotiations.
- Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documentation.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients on progressive discipline and best practices.
- Track and monitor ongoing employee relations cases and provide timely follow-up.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and product development opportunities.
