Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and complex employment regulations.
  • Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for process innovation and automation with strong AI fluency.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with awareness of record-keeping and data integrity.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment matters including terminations, resignations, and redundancies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings regarding workforce reduction, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
  • Draft and administer termination documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to process offboarding via HRIS.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide first-level Employee Relations support.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and product development within the Lifecycle team.
