Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Strong background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary employee exits.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and progressive discipline approaches.
- Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote international team.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and collaborate asynchronously.
- Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on terminations, resignations, transfers, and redundancy processes.
- Lead and facilitate high-stakes meetings, including workforce reduction consultations and administrative hearings.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients on progressive discipline and best practices.
- Draft and administer all required termination and legal documentation with strict adherence to privacy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and optimize offboarding and employee relations processes.
