Requirements
- 3+ years of direct people management experience including performance cycles.
- 8+ years of experience in product security, embedded/connected device security, application security, or offensive security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or equivalent.
- Hands-on depth in two or more of: firmware analysis, binary analysis, embedded/IoT penetration testing, threat modeling, TARA, SBOM, vulnerability disclosure, or PSIRT operations.
- Proven ability to manage a technical delivery function to meet SLAs, SLOs, and quality standards.
- Working knowledge of EU Cyber Resilience Act, IEC 62443, RED EN 18031, FDA cybersecurity requirements, ETSI EN 303 645, or NIST SSDF.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 29147/30111, CVSS, VEX, and SBOM formats such as SPDX and CycloneDX.
- Experience with formal management or leadership training programs.
- Proficiency in using LLMs and AI agentic tooling for technical and management workflows.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop PSC Engineers by setting objectives and providing direct feedback.
- Own execution of all engagements, from technical scoping and staffing to deliverable review and debrief.
- Manage team capacity and utilization against the demand pipeline to balance billable work and development.
- Stand up and scale managed services including PSIRTaaS and compliance services with associated runbooks and SLAs.
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Security Engineer to integrate field-built tooling into the product roadmap.
- Serve as a senior delivery contact for strategic accounts, leading service reviews and technical scoping.
