- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and serverless compute platforms.
- Experience with continuous integration, delivery, testing, and code deployment.
- Experience using observability tools for performance improvements and growth forecasting.
- Experience improving system architecture, diagnosing shortcomings, and implementing recommendations.
- Strong understanding of software engineering and reliable infrastructure principles.
- Ability to contribute to on-call schedules.
Responsibilities
- Apply a software engineer's mindset to unique scaling, workflow automation, and resilience challenges.
- Build and maintain developer tools for application observation and drive reliability initiatives.
- Engineer resilient and observable networking infrastructure across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with departments on running production systems and deployments with autonomy.
- Support teams with deployment, configuration, routing, monitoring, and scalability expertise.
- Mentor and lead team members to act as a force multiplier.
- Participate in an on-call schedule to support live events.
