Job Details

7+ years of experience in backend and/or full-stack software engineering.
Strong backend engineering experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Pyramid, or Django.
Experience with relational/NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
Experience with cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, and operating services in production.
Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems in production (e.g., RAG pipelines, agent frameworks).
Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor, Augment).
Ability to break down complex technical problems and deliver pragmatic, maintainable solutions.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects independently.
Clear communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Design, build, and ship production-quality systems, APIs, and services.
Own projects end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to deployment and iteration.
Ensure production health including monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability.
Build reusable infrastructure, frameworks, and tooling for internal engineering teams.
Establish reusable patterns and raise engineering standards through code and design reviews.
Develop AI/LLM-powered capabilities such as RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and QA to align technical solutions with business goals.
