Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B/B2G sales or business development.
- Track record of sourcing and closing new business with government or large institutional buyers.
- Technical fluency in concepts such as AI Orchestration, Agent Management, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Ability to work independently within a small, fully-remote, distributed team.
- Fluent, professional-level English and Spanish (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Ability to work from home or a shared office space with fast, stable internet.
- Resident of Bogota, Mexico City, Lima, Montevideo, Buenos Aires, or Brazil.
- Ability to travel 20-40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a new-business pipeline for government and NGO prospects across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.
- Hold substantive, credible technical conversations with prospects regarding integration, data exchange, and AI orchestration needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, working groups, and stakeholder meetings.
- Partner with product and services teams to shape proposals for complex opportunities.
- Execute the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to implementation and account management teams.
- Communicate region-specific market feedback and product insights to company leadership.
