Requirements
- 2–4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Experience in population health, value-based care, care management, quality, risk, ACO/CIN, payer, or provider workflows.
- Strong experience in product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap development.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with Engineering and Design teams.
- Ability to translate complex customer and healthcare problems into simple, scalable product experiences.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and driving outcomes without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery for assigned Atlas Health platform capabilities.
- Engage customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows, identify pain points, and validate solutions.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to build scalable, intuitive product experiences.
- Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes.
- Use product analytics and customer feedback to improve adoption, engagement, usability, and customer value.
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to support launches, implementations, and customer adoption.
