Requirements
- BA or BS in English, liberal arts, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing and producing proposals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to work flexible schedules to meet deadlines and shift priorities frequently.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work within Adobe and Microsoft program templates.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or providing professional services to the industry is preferred.
- Technical experience related to professional services is highly desired.
- Customer relationship management database experience is desired.
- Ability to understand and organize large volumes of information.
Responsibilities
- Collect and develop proposal responses both collaboratively with regional pursuit teams and independently.
- Review and measure the quality of proposals written by other team members.
- Draft proposals using industry best practices and professional technical writing language.
- Assist with continuous process improvement, including after-action reviews and identifying lessons learned.
- Manage a variety of response types including RFPs, RFIs, Cost Opinions, and Statements of Qualification.
- Lead the overall proposal development process from initial creation to final bid submission.
