Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Javascript Frameworks (React/Typescript).
- 7+ years of experience in Microservices development with Java, Springboot/Golang, Kotlin.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) with ability to critically evaluate and own AI-generated code.
- Proven ability to operate within Agile/Scrum delivery cycles.
- Strong alignment with core values: Pursuit of excellence, Resilience, Mission focus, Accountability, Embracing conflict.
- Working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement features.
- Develop Microservice Oriented Architecture & build reusable components.
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code using AI coding tools.
- Analyze performance and reliability to ensure data movement speed and accuracy.
- Perform code metrics analysis, including system risk and software reliability.
- Correct anomalies and problems as they arise.
- Test implemented features to ensure all acceptance criteria are met.
- Review code and provide guidance to ensure maintainability, performance, and security.
- Participate in projects from initial idea to launch.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development velocity, including AI-assisted testing and automated deployment.
