Requirements
- Have strong knowledge of PHP and experience with Laravel, Symfony, or similar frameworks.
- Have 7+ years of PHP experience.
- Have 4+ years of MySQL experience.
- Have 3+ years of experience with object-oriented programming concepts.
- Have experience implementing and using RESTful APIs in a microservice architecture.
- Have a usable understanding of front-end technologies.
- Have experience optimizing interactions with backend storage such as MySQL.
- Have experience developing in a largely distributed environment.
- Have experience designing and integrating online payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, PayU, Square, or Visa.
- Have prior experience with billing, invoicing, or financial software components.
- Have excellent written and oral English communication skills and flexibility to work EST hours at times.
Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, and maintain website applications using the company's in-house methodologies and process flows.
- Solve technology issues as they arise.
- Communicate issues and status information to Team Leads concerning system development activities.
- Provide architectural input for modifications to existing systems and creation of new systems.
- Work with the project manager and senior staff to ensure business objectives are met.
