Requirements
- 8+ years managing infrastructure, utility, or construction permitting in enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with NEC, NFPA, zoning, and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to lead in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and process-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in GIS, CAD, Asana, and permit tracking systems.
- Track record of influencing internal stakeholders and external regulators.
- PMP, ICC Permit Technician, OSHA 30, NFPA, or LEED certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with permitting and zoning officials nationwide.
- Own end-to-end permitting workflows across multiple states and municipalities.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable tracking and reporting tools for high-velocity deployments.
- Translate code frameworks such as NEC, NFPA, and local zoning into deployment-ready requirements.
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure documentation and approvals are audit-ready.
- Provide permitting forecasts and impact guidance to engineering and deployment project teams.
