Requirements
- Strong professional experience as an individual contributor Sr. SWE or Tech Lead.
- Proficiency in fullstack web development using TypeScript and React.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Strong intuition for software security and data access boundaries in healthcare or high-security industries.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Product and Design teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a tech lead is preferred.
- Experience scaling web applications or working on large-scale production systems is preferred.
- Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical leader for an engineering pod of ~5 individual contributors.
- Write code and perform code reviews, including PR reviews and design reviews.
- Collaborate with other tech leads and leadership to define and implement technical roadmaps, standards, and best practices.
- Partner with Product Management and UX design to break down user stories into technical tickets and ensure technical feasibility.
- Address customer feedback and triage bugs in coordination with the Customer Support team.
- Provide mentorship and technical coaching to junior engineers within the pod.
