Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience with Java 11/17 and Spring Boot.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, REST, and data bus integration.
- Proficiency with RabbitMQ, MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Expertise in OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and Auth0/cloud IdP configuration.
- 3+ years of commercial Angular experience with additional React skills.
- Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or ETL/ELT pipeline design.
- Knowledge of AWS services (S3, IAM, VPC) and Docker/Rancher.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead for teams of 3-8 developers.
- Fluency in English (B2 level).
- Experience in financial or regulated environments with change control.
- Familiarity with architecture documentation tools like C4/IcePanel.
- Willingness to utilize AI-assisted development tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead a 6-person team of developers and a business analyst.
- Design and execute architecture for microservices and data migrations.
- Migrate database layers from MySQL/MongoDB to Databricks Lakebase.
- Implement authorization integrations using OAuth2, SAML, and Auth0.
- Develop and maintain hybrid frontend architecture using Angular and React.
- Manage technical backlog, estimations, and reporting for external clients.
- Establish code review standards and ensure delivery SLA compliance.
