Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in backend and/or full-stack software engineering.
- Strong backend experience with Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases, schema design, and query optimization.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, and service operations.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems (e.g., RAG, agent frameworks).
- Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools like Cursor or Augment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to break down complex technical problems and drive projects independently.
- Experience working full-stack (TypeScript/React experience a plus).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production-quality systems, APIs, and services.
- Own projects end-to-end from technical design to deployment and iteration.
- Maintain production health through monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to technical design, reducing technical debt, and establishing engineering standards.
- Develop and integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to align technical solutions with business goals.
