Requirements
- 10+ years of product leadership experience building or leading AI-native products.
- Direct experience with agentic workflows, reasoning, automation, or ML-driven decisioning.
- Demonstrated expertise in ITFM, TEM, FinOps, or closely adjacent markets.
- Proven track record taking an AI product from MVP through design-partner validation and commercial revenue ($0–10M).
- Experience making pricing and monetization decisions for AI products and agents.
- Demonstrated ownership of GTM strategy, including ICP definition, packaging, sales enablement, and competitive positioning.
- Ability to operate as an individual contributor in a 0-to-1, high-ambiguity environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI requirements (auditability, governance, RBAC, explainability, security, compliance).
- Strong commercial judgment connecting product decisions to business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, positioning, packaging, and pricing for the AI FinOps and ITFM product pillar.
- Lead 0-to-1 product development, defining MVPs and engaging design partners to validate market fit.
- Drive early commercialization efforts and customer acquisition to establish meaningful ARR.
- Define ICPs, lead sales enablement, and oversee competitive positioning.
- Build the business case and operating model to scale the organization as the product matures.
- Transition toward broader go-to-market leadership and eventual P&L ownership.
