Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience.
- 3+ years in project or program management within consumer products or consumer electronics.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Experience taking consumer hardware or CPG products through the complete lifecycle, from concept development to retail or DTC launch.
- Proven experience partnering with marketing, industrial design, engineering, and supply chain teams.
- Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SmartSheet.
- Ability to communicate complex technical challenges clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, urgency, accountability, and the ability to proactively drive projects forward.
- Agile approach to project management.
- PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.
- Experience in maternal health, baby products, or wellness is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex cross-functional consumer product programs, including new product development, packaging, and sustaining initiatives from concept through launch.
- Partner with industrial design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain teams to define product requirements, priorities, scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify risks, assess potential impacts, resolve issues, and proactively remove project obstacles.
- Incorporate voice-of-customer insights and feedback from mothers throughout the product development and decision-making process.
- Coordinate packaging, retail, and direct-to-consumer launch readiness activities.
- Facilitate timely decision-making across engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships.
- Track program progress, dependencies, and key decisions to maintain momentum across the product lifecycle.
