Requirements
- 10+ years of product-management experience, including building consumer-facing digital products.
- At least three years of experience directly managing, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.
- Experience leading direct-to-consumer financial products in lending, credit, BNPL, banking, or payments.
- Proven track record of launching new financial products from zero to one and scaling them.
- Experience managing a portfolio containing products at different lifecycle stages.
- Strong expertise in quantitative analysis, customer research, and market intelligence.
- Familiarity with economics and risk dynamics of consumer financial products like delinquency and losses.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Credit Risk, and Legal.
- Fluency applying AI and LLM tools to productivity and customer-facing applications.
- Strong product judgment balancing customer value, commercial outcomes, and regulatory requirements.
- Background at a high-growth fintech, bank, or lending platform is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the direct-to-consumer portfolio.
- Manage and mentor a team of one to three Product Managers, setting clear direction and expectations.
- Identify and validate new product opportunities using customer research, behavioral data, and market analysis.
- Lead zero-to-one financial product launches, from defining the thesis to testing assumptions and scaling.
- Create a coherent, customer-centered experience across the product portfolio.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
- Develop appropriate uses of AI to improve personalization, product discovery, and internal productivity.
- Balance team capacity and investment across different product lifecycle stages.
