Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or enterprise platform delivery.
- Strong foundation in full-stack development, scripting, microservices, and enterprise API integrations.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, or supporting LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with LLM engineering concepts: prompt engineering, token usage, embeddings, and vector search.
- Knowledge of responsible AI concepts, including hallucination mitigation and secure deployment practices.
- Experience operating in client-facing, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and travel approximately 25%.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows and automations within client ServiceNow environments.
- Translate customer business requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
- Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs and AI accelerators into enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Support workshops, discovery sessions, and technical working sessions with customer stakeholders.
- Build enterprise AI applications using Claude and the Anthropic API.
- Develop and implement RAG solutions that ground AI responses in enterprise data sources.
- Establish AI evaluation frameworks and responsible AI safeguards, including human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Contribute to the evolution of the NewRocket Intelligence Platform and reusable Agent Packs.
