Requirements
- 10+ years building or operating production software systems.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, FDE, Principal Consultant).
- Proficiency in Java or Python with ability to debug and extend production code.
- Experience building or integrating developer platforms, infrastructure, or software solutions.
- Demonstrated experience navigating enterprise procurement, security review, and architecture review processes.
- Familiarity with modern development workflows including CI/CD and internal developer platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-evolving technical environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, or agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments like SOC 2, FedRAMP, or HIPAA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Architect and manage deployments of JetBrains Central into enterprise development environments, CI/CD systems, and internal developer platforms.
- Mentor and support other FDEs, sharing architectural expertise and scaling the team's deployment practices.
- Drive organizations' transition from ad-hoc AI experimentation to governed, AI-native development workflows.
- Help organizations establish their own AI governance, including security policies, access management, and data privacy controls.
- Enable observability for AI-driven development to track usage, code-generation patterns, and productivity impact.
- Design sustainable AI adoption strategies for cost visibility and usage controls.
- Integrate cloud-based agent execution layers for secure, scalable AI agent operations.
- Partner closely with product teams to shape platform features based on real-world feedback.
- Create delivery frameworks and train partners to scale service delivery.
