Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or similar technical advisory roles within cloud or enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated expertise with Amazon Connect and related AWS services
  • Strong understanding of aviation industry processes, systems or business challenges is highly valued
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working embedded with customers or in customer-facing technical roles
  • Background in data architecture or AI/machine learning solutions is desirable
  • Experience with airline operations, flight planning, crew management or related aviation systems is desirable
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Work with the customer's stakeholders to understand their aviation business requirements and translate them into technical solution architectures
  • Design and implement cloud and data solutions tailored to the customer's operational needs, ensuring scalability, security and performance
  • Lead technical design reviews and architecture decisions with the customer's engineering teams
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to the customer's teams throughout solution implementation and deployment
  • Collaborate with Amach's product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met and integrated effectively
  • Drive adoption of best practices and optimisation strategies within the customer's technology environment
  • Manage the customer relationship at a technical level, acting as a primary point of escalation for technical concerns and strategic questions
