5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or similar technical advisory roles within cloud or enterprise environments
Demonstrated expertise with Amazon Connect and related AWS services
Strong understanding of aviation industry processes, systems or business challenges is highly valued
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working embedded with customers or in customer-facing technical roles
Background in data architecture or AI/machine learning solutions is desirable
Experience with airline operations, flight planning, crew management or related aviation systems is desirable
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is desirable

Work with the customer's stakeholders to understand their aviation business requirements and translate them into technical solution architectures
Design and implement cloud and data solutions tailored to the customer's operational needs, ensuring scalability, security and performance
Lead technical design reviews and architecture decisions with the customer's engineering teams
Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to the customer's teams throughout solution implementation and deployment
Collaborate with Amach's product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met and integrated effectively
Drive adoption of best practices and optimisation strategies within the customer's technology environment
Manage the customer relationship at a technical level, acting as a primary point of escalation for technical concerns and strategic questions
