Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on, production-level experience with Go (goroutines, channels, context, memory model, concurrency patterns).
- Higher education in Computer Science (software development, etc.).
- Extensive experience working with AI and implementing/configuring it within a team.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated/high-compliance domains.
- Proven experience designing distributed, microservice-based, and/or high-load systems.
- Strong expertise in API design (REST and/or gRPC) including versioning and backward compatibility.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) including schema design, query optimization, and transactions.
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) and event-driven architecture.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Advanced level of English or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable distributed systems in Go, choosing appropriate concurrency models and ensuring a balance between performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine high-level business goals into actionable technical plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Anticipate and highlight edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early in the planning phase to avoid issues during implementation.
- Represent the engineering team in meetings with external stakeholders, explaining technical topics in clear, business-centric terms.
- Lead and perform code reviews for other senior engineers, ensuring high standards for code quality, resilience, and reliability.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes to ship high-quality code faster and safely.
