Requirements
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with strong academic performance.
- Prior professional experience demonstrating analytical judgment and dependable execution in finance, consulting, accounting, corporate development, or operations.
- Working foundation in accounting and valuation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional writing and communication skills.
- Practical proficiency with AI tools and the ability to apply them responsibly to research and analytical tasks.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to commit 10–15 hours per week during the academic year.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review company, industry, and competitive research for business development and transaction execution.
- Develop financial analyses and valuations using public comparables, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow methods.
- Contribute to pitch materials, information memoranda, buyer and acquisition-target lists, and data room content.
- Assess strategic fit and synthesize research into concise recommendations for senior team members.
- Support outreach preparation, coverage tracking, and internal reporting for private equity and strategic acquirer relationships.
- Help coordinate analyst research, review work for accuracy, and support timely delivery of project assignments.
