Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or reporting.
- Strong writing and editing skills (clear, concise, and organized).
- Experience with documentation and reporting tools such as Confluence and Microsoft Word.
- Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with 508-compliant documentation (preferred).
- Experience with federal reporting (preferred).
- Familiarity with data governance or technical/AI subject matter (preferred).
- Previous experience supporting CMS or another federal agency (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support the documentation of an enterprise AI platform and data governance processes.
- Produce and maintain SOPs, user guides, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
- Build and format recurring reports regarding platform and data-governance activity.
- Follow Section 508 and plain-language standards to ensure documentation accessibility.
- Organize documentation and reporting to maintain a central source of truth.
