Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus).
- 10+ years of program/project management experience across tech and direct-to-consumer businesses.
- At least 5 years of experience in the games industry working within or alongside a development team.
- Deep understanding of game development, publishing, platforms, and business models.
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing R&D and live operations.
- Proficiency in analyzing P&Ls and free-to-play KPIs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clearly and produce effective decks.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and navigate hard conversations with diverse stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in playing games and the gaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Run the Game Development Framework (GDF) cadence and act as the operational point of contact for specific in-development games.
- Drive the cross-slate operating model to encourage reuse of best practices across independent game teams.
- Organize inputs, assumptions, and trade-offs to facilitate alignment on consequential decisions.
- Track and surface progress across games, including budget, staffing, and dependencies for leadership.
- Unblock teams by resolving operational issues with central partners like legal, IT, procurement, and finance.
- Operationalize playtests and validation plans to support decision-making.
- Utilize AI technologies to maintain clear, accessible dashboards and project status tracking.
