Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in recruiting or staffing.
- 3+ years of experience managing recruiters, sourcers, or recruiting teams.
- Proven experience progressing through a staffing or recruiting agency environment.
- Demonstrated success personally as a recruiter and in a management capacity (e.g., Practice, Branch, or Market Manager).
- Deep understanding of recruiting funnels, KPIs, and staffing economics.
- Experience implementing recruiting technology, AI, or process improvements.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
- Strong ability to partner with clients and hiring managers for complex searches.
- Ability to train and develop recruiters to improve their craft.
Responsibilities
- Own the performance of the recruiting and sourcing organization, tracking key metrics like time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
- Drive recruiting excellence by improving sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviewing, and offer negotiation processes.
- Manage the Talent Success function to ensure high retention rates, proactively identifying talent or client risks.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for client interactions regarding search strategy, market conditions, and talent performance.
- Evaluate and implement ATS optimizations, AI recruiting tools, and automation workflows to increase organizational efficiency.
- Build a high-accountability culture by coaching recruiters, identifying skill gaps, and establishing clear performance expectations.
