Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional experience in business operations, management consulting, program management, or a related field within healthcare or a high-growth environment.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Have experience managing direct reports, including analysts or project managers, and driving team performance.
- Have experience leading end-to-end strategic project management, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
- Have experience writing and using SQL to query complex datasets and translate operational data into actionable insights.
- Be able to design, pilot, and implement scalable operational processes across cross-functional teams.
- Be proficient with data analysis and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for operational models and reporting frameworks.
- Be able to manage competing priorities, resolve complex operational challenges, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic planning, goal setting, and operational cadence for the Care Operations department.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts and project managers, including performance oversight.
- Design and execute initiatives to improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient and provider experience.
- Direct data analysis and operational reporting to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and develop scalable action plans.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and implement standardized processes, project plans, and change management strategies.
- Establish tracking frameworks, operational metrics, and performance dashboards for accountability and quality control.
- Develop scalable operational infrastructure, best-practice documentation, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
