Requirements
- Professional experience in both visual design and design-engineering
- Experience working at a startup, owning design surfaces end-to-end
- Fluency in front-end development (React, Next.js, HTML, CSS)
- Confidence reviewing and shipping code via GitHub
- Familiarity with Cursor or equivalent IDEs
- Strong interaction and motion design sensibility
- Experience building and maintaining a design system as a living product
- Hands-on, daily relationship with AI tools in creative workflows
- Ability to develop distinct visual languages for abstract, technical products
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of web experience toward immersive, interactive design across marketing site and materials
- Design and build directly in code using Next.js, HTML, and CSS
- Own and evolve an internal platform and AI-powered brand system for asset generation
- Design and help build developer-facing products like Compare STT and GladiaFlow
- Manage brand identity across websites, marketing materials, decks, and video
- Collaborate autonomously to anticipate project needs and manage external partners
