Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a customer-centric technical role investigating ambiguous issues involving APIs, integrations, logs, and application behavior.
- Proficiency in navigating between customer interactions, API testing, database logs, and code-level context to identify root causes.
- Ability to distinguish between configuration, data, documentation, and product defect issues with clear reasoning.
- Strong technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience improving systems through documentation, enablement, tooling, or process design.
- Comfortable working independently within a global, distributed team structure.
- Background with customer-centric SaaS applications, APIs, logs, or data-backed troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Own complex technical issues from intake through resolution or escalation, investigating APIs, integrations, logs, data, and workflows.
- Set a high bar for complex technical investigations and provide Engineering with clear, actionable, and well-validated product issues.
- Build trusted working relationships with frontline Support, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and customers.
- Identify recurring technical problems and drive improvements through documentation, enablement, tooling, or product feedback.
- Establish EMEA coverage and operating practices across European time zones while representing regional customer patterns to the global team.
