Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
- 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Mandatory) and data management.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including complex functions and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts (6/7 pm IST to 2/3 am).
- Understanding of US, Canada, and G-7 taxation.
- Ability to learn telecommunication and tech-security regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide in-depth analysis and insights into financial results, including variance analysis and key performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables, to perform detailed financial analysis.
- Support the revenue assurance function by performing data validations of billing close and reviewing customer credits.
- Improve financial reporting processes by implementing best practices and identifying automation opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
- Lead or assist in special projects including license management, feature pricing matrix, and cost accounting mapping.
