Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology.
- 5+ years of advanced Workday configuration experience.
- Expertise in Workday Reporting, Security, Payroll configuration, Integrations, and technical architecture.
- Advanced experience with calculated fields, composite reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Experience supporting global HR systems and complex HR technology projects.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
- Experience with Workday integrations such as Studio, EIB, PECI, or APIs.
- Workday certifications in HCM, Reporting, Security, Integrations, Compensation, or Talent (strongly preferred).
- Experience working in a global matrixed environment (preferred).
- Knowledge of SQL, analytics, or data management (preferred).
- Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Talent, or Compensation modules (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday Reporting, Security, Payroll-related configuration, Integrations, and technical architecture.
- Design, configure, optimize, and support scalable Workday solutions that meet global business requirements.
- Evaluate the technical and downstream impacts of proposed changes across systems, integrations, reporting, and business processes.
- Recommend Workday best practices that improve system performance, governance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Design and develop advanced Workday reports, composite reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields.
- Support and oversee Workday integrations, EIBs, PECI, Studio, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Partner with Payroll teams and external vendors to support payroll interfaces, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Manage the Workday security framework, including domain security policies, roles, and business process security.
- Lead periodic security audits and compliance activities while ensuring appropriate access controls.
- Establish standards for reporting, security, technical configuration, documentation, testing, and change management.
