Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology.
  • 5+ years of advanced Workday configuration experience.
  • Expertise in Workday Reporting, Security, Payroll configuration, Integrations, and technical architecture.
  • Advanced experience with calculated fields, composite reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Experience supporting global HR systems and complex HR technology projects.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Experience with Workday integrations such as Studio, EIB, PECI, or APIs.
  • Workday certifications in HCM, Reporting, Security, Integrations, Compensation, or Talent (strongly preferred).
  • Experience working in a global matrixed environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SQL, analytics, or data management (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Talent, or Compensation modules (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday Reporting, Security, Payroll-related configuration, Integrations, and technical architecture.
  • Design, configure, optimize, and support scalable Workday solutions that meet global business requirements.
  • Evaluate the technical and downstream impacts of proposed changes across systems, integrations, reporting, and business processes.
  • Recommend Workday best practices that improve system performance, governance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Design and develop advanced Workday reports, composite reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields.
  • Support and oversee Workday integrations, EIBs, PECI, Studio, APIs, and middleware solutions.
  • Partner with Payroll teams and external vendors to support payroll interfaces, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage the Workday security framework, including domain security policies, roles, and business process security.
  • Lead periodic security audits and compliance activities while ensuring appropriate access controls.
  • Establish standards for reporting, security, technical configuration, documentation, testing, and change management.
