Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in B2B SaaS or bio industries (e.g., drug co., CRO/CDMO).
- Proven experience building repeatable prompt/template systems (not one-off chats) and managing LLM failure modes.
- Practical experience navigating REST APIs and Webhooks, including parsing documentation and managing authentication flows.
- Strong scientific wherewithal with familiarity in drug development (e.g., CMC, CSR, HAQ, ICH, IND, NDA, eCTD).
- Experience in technical or software roles within a customer-facing capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to educate and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Drug-related (e.g., bio, chem) education preferred, advanced degree ideal.
- Experience serving therapeutics, life science, or bio markets strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure core Regulatory AI Templates to accommodate customer style, brand, and scientific needs.
- Coach customers on prompt engineering to ensure self-sufficiency in template maintenance.
- Architect seamless data integrations between Weave and enterprise platforms like systems of record and publishing systems.
- Collaborate with IT, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Writing stakeholders.
- Create internal and external handbooks documenting best practices for technical implementation.
