Requirements
- Proven experience leading product and/or engineering at a highly technical company at a 25+ person scale.
- Deep, hands-on technical depth in web scraping, proxies, or closely adjacent infrastructure.
- Operational experience handling large-scale data and technical outages.
- Demonstrated track record of shaping AI-powered product capabilities.
- Experience driving AI-native workflows within an engineering team.
- Proven capability to own both product vision and technical architecture simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate effectively at the board level.
- Experience managing diverse, remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience integrating product lines following a merger or acquisition (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product and technology strategy across scraping infrastructure, proxy networks, and structured data API products.
- Lead, scale, and develop a 25+ person product and engineering organisation spanning multiple countries and time zones.
- Set technical architecture direction for high-scale, high-reliability infrastructure, including proxy management and anti-bot evasion.
- Drive AI and modern ML tooling into both the product itself and the team's development processes.
- Define and execute a unified product roadmap across merged ScraperAPI and Traject Data lines.
- Represent product and technology to the board and collaborate with the CEO on strategic alignment.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in the code and infrastructure to troubleshoot and challenge technical decisions.
